Responsibilities & Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, or assisted living.
• No attendance issues.
• Belief in making a difference in clients’ lives.
• Ability to perform personal and companion care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Read client care plans and assessments and provide consistent, quality care based on each plan.
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call‑out, etc.
• Clock in and out of every shift on the appropriate systems.
• Observe clients for changes in behavior or health and notify the appropriate personnel at Nest & Care if necessary.
