Nest & Care is seeking compassionate Personal Caregivers to provide high-quality care to clients in the community. The role focuses on hands-on personal and companion care, following detailed care plans, and maintaining empathy and professionalism at all times.

Ideal candidates bring CNA/CMT experience, a clean attendance record, and availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am to 1pm. Training, competitive pay, and a supportive team are included.

Qualifications

• CNA/ CMT with at least 1 year of caregiving experience in agencies, nursing homes, or group homes.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues.
• Availability: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am to 1pm.
• Able to perform personal and companion care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene).
• Reads care plans and follows assessments to deliver consistent care.
• Follows company policies including dress code and time off.
• Punctuality: clocks in/out using client systems.
• Observes client health changes and notifies Nest & Care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal and companion care as per care plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and hygiene.
• Read care plans and deliver consistent, quality care.
• Adhere to all company policies and shift procedures.
• Document clock-in/out on client systems.
• Observe health changes and notify appropriate personnel.

• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care - provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Reads the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client
• Adheres to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
• Clocks in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing
• Observes clients recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notifies the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary
