Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Edwardsville is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical care across the Madison County, IL area including Edwardsville and surrounding communities. Join a team that supports families, offers training, and promotes compassionate care in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship. We welcome both experienced and new caregivers and provide a supportive environment with opportunities

Qualifications

Whether you’re an experienced caregiver or new to the field, we welcome you to join us in making a difference in the lives of families throughout the Madison County, IL community, including Edwardsville, Alton & East Alton, Bethalto, Glen Carbon, Holiday Shores, Pontoon Beach, Roxana & South Roxana, Gard, Godfrey, Hartford, Granite City, Maryville, Moro, Meadowbrook, Midway, Rosewood Heights, Wood River and Troy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in their home environment.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and Synergy HomeCare staff.

Qualifications:
