Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide companionship, personal care and homemaker services to clients in Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles and North Aurora. We offer flexible shifts across all hours and levels of care, with a focus on helping clients maintain independence.

Ideal candidates genuinely enjoy caregiving, have previous caregiving experience, and take initiative. Join our team for paid orientation, overtime pay, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide one on one attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship, homemaker services, personal care and transportation

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients', their care team, as well as office staff

• Showcase the following skills: communication, attention to detail, punctuality and time management, ability to provide person- centered care.
