Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Edwardsville is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical support across Madison County, IL, including Edwardsville, Alton and nearby towns.

You will assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and mobility support, while following care plans and ensuring client safety. Training is provided, and a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and positive demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and care plans.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in their home environment.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and Synergy HomeCare staff.
