Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support. You will help with companionship, household tasks, meal prep and medication reminders, while maintaining client well-being and safety in their familiar surroundings.

The role offers paid orientation, ongoing training, and flexible schedules with nearby client assignments. Join a team that values reliability, warmth, and attentive care for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of caregiving experience.
• Valid vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Current Driver's License and SSN Card or Passport; able to work in the USA.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card; pass criminal background check.
• Direct Care Worker Testing (DCW) completed.
• Ongoing continuing education is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Deliver personal care as needed for male or female clients.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families and coworkers.
• Be punctual and ensure reliable coverage for assigned shifts.

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications:
