This role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes.

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. Key responsibilities include promoting safety, dignity, and independence; engaging residents through conversation and activities; supporting dining services; maintaining a clean environment; and communicating effectively with families and care teams. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences tailored to residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+


• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain


• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties

Benefits & Compensation

Pay range: $17.20 - $21.55 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability plans, retirement savings, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible payment options. Bonuses may be offered based on performance and position.
