The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life. They promote safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities. Support for dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are essential aspects. In Memory Care settings, the caregiver creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
