Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Wayland, MA, is seeking a caring Caregiver to support seniors’ quality of life with hands-on assistance. You’ll help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care, following ISP and documenting changes, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

You’ll engage residents through conversation and activities, assist dining services, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and create enriching experiences for memory care residents.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong compassion, reliability and communication skills.

Responsibilities
