Companions & Homemakers in Connecticut seeks caregivers to provide non-medical home care across multiple service areas. Flexible shifts include weekdays, weekends, overnights and live-in opportunities.

You’ll be part of a supportive team with benefits such as PTO, holiday pay, medical and 401(k), and referral bonuses. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifikationen

• Caregiving experience is a plus; relevant roles include HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide non-medical home care following each client’s individualized Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.
