Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a part-time Caregiver in California to join a team that puts residents first and focuses on wellness and purposeful living.

You will establish relationships with residents and families, assist with daily activities, and implement care plans with a resident-centered approach. Benefits may include health coverage and retirement options.

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile.
• Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of residents are addressed promptly.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living.

Simplyput, as a Caregiver, you will:

• Friday - Sunday
• On-Call w/ Various Hours available
• Day and Swing Shift opportunities available
• Weekend Availability Required
