Job summary

Mountain Glen is seeking caring, compassionate team members to support residents in independent and assisted living communities across the region. You will help residents with daily activities, engage in meaningful life-enrichment experiences, and support the wellness team to ensure timely attention to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile

• Work with the wellness team to address residents’ needs promptly
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management

Simply put, as a part of the caregiver team, you will:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile

• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
