Job summary

Jefferson Lodge (memory care) seeks caring caregivers to build relationships with residents and families while supporting life skills and enrichment activities. You will implement individualized care plans and weave multisensory experiences into daily routines, collaborating with the wellness team to meet resident needs promptly.

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile.
• Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the wellness team to ensure residents' needs are addressed promptly.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.

Simply put, as a Caregiver, you will:
