Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking caring caregivers to join our West Coast communities, where we focus on wellness and purposeful living for residents and associates alike. You will establish relationships with residents and families, support daily living activities, and help implement individual care plans.

This part-time role offers weekend shifts, on-site work, and opportunities for career growth. Competitive wages range from $19 to $21 per hour, with benefits for eligible employees.

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.

• Collaborate with the wellness team to meet residents’ needs in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate organizational skills in time management.

Simplyput, as a Caregiver, you will:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff


• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile


• Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines


• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day


• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter


• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management


• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
