Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking an in-home caregiver to support clients in Port Orchard, WA. This part-time, on-site role uses the CareLinx app for scheduling and documentation, with flexible per-diem opportunities and a W2 arrangement.

You will assist with ADLs, document tasks, monitor changes, and communicate with the CarePartner team. A background check and English proficiency are required, and CNAs or HHAs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant CNA/HHA/MA certification.
• Access to a smartphone for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual encouraged).
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide companionship.
• Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes to the clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the app.
• Maintain client privacy and dignity in a safe environment.
• Ensure confidentiality at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment)

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
