Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in Scarborough, ME. As an independent contractor, you set your own part-time schedule via the CareLinx app, while we handle client matching and onboarding.

Core duties include assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, medications reminders (non-clinical), documenting tasks in the app, and communicating with your CarePartner team to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual encouraged)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, non-clinical medication reminders, light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with CarePartners regarding case updates or client changes
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe, secure environment

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
