Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring in Arroyo Grande, CA to provide non-clinical in-home care to health plan members and private clients. You’ll assist with daily living activities, document tasks in the CareLinx app, and coordinate with the CarePartner team to match you with suitable shifts.

The role is part-time or per-diem, on-site at client homes, requiring at least 6 months caregiving experience, a smartphone, and reliable transportation. Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual appreciated).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check; program-specific training or medical clearance may apply.
• Valid driver’s license with MVR check if driving shifts are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Required qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):
• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
