Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. (CareLinx by Sharecare) is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to support health plan members and private clients in Enumclaw, WA. This role emphasizes non-clinical, in-home care with scheduling controlled by the CareLinx app and the option for part-time or per-diem shifts.

Caregivers collaborate with the dedicated CarePartner team to find matches based on location and availability, while maintaining patient privacy and dignity throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant CNA/HHA/MA certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meals, mobility support, bathing, grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and wellbeing in a safe environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Provide transportation and errand support as needed (additional shifts based on client needs).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
