Companions & Homemakers in Connecticut is seeking caring individuals to provide non-medical home care, companionship, and support to clients across multiple service areas. The role offers flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in options, with competitive hourly pay and referral bonuses.

You will help with daily tasks and ensure safety and comfort in clients' homes. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, along with the ability to pass a background

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver''s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable vehicle and open availability preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide non-medical home care per client''s Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.

Your Day-to-Day
