Companions & Homemakers in Connecticut is hiring caregivers to deliver non-medical home care per client Plans of Care. You will transport clients, assist with daily tasks, and provide companionship in a supportive, respectful environment.

We offer flexible shifts (Weekdays, Weekends, Overnights and Live-In), paid time off, competitive hourly pay, holiday pay, medical/dental/401(k), referral bonuses, and ongoing training. Must have HS diploma, valid driver's license, pass background check.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus.

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.
