Companions & Homemakers in Connecticut is hiring caregivers to provide non-medical home care across multiple service areas. You will follow each client's Plan of Care, transport to appointments, assist with daily living tasks, and offer companionship.

Flexible shifts include weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in options. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, ability to pass a background check. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and training.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus (HHA/CNA/PCA).
• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.

Your Day-to-Day

What You'll Need

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus
