Job summary

Home Instead is seeking dependable, experienced Care Professionals to support clients in the Platteville, Wisconsin area. We pride ourselves on safe, consistent, human-centered care and partner with families to meet individual needs.

Shifts include Thursday 8 am–4 pm, Friday 4 pm–8 pm, Sat/Sun variants, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour plus $1 extra for weekend hours. Comprehensive benefits and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with catheter-related care.
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care.
• Experience with incontinence, peri-care and skin protection.
• Able to assist with bathing and hygiene routines.
• Experience with puree meal preparation.
• Experience with feeding/swallowing risk.
• Gait belt, walker and transfer experience.
• Comfortable with two-person transfer when required.
• Hands-on personal care, dressing and hygiene.
• Ability to follow care plans and document changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care per the care plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and daily hygiene.
• Support mobility and safe transfers as needed.
• Document changes or refusals and communicate with the team.

Home Insteadis looking for dependable, experienced Care Professionals to support clients in the greater Platteville, Wisconsin area.

At Home Instead, we are not simply filling shifts. We partner with clients and families to provide safe, consistent, human-centered care. We are looking for Care Pros who understand that reliability, preparation, communication, personal care, and documentation are all part of doing the job well.

Schedule:

Thursday - 8 am to 4 pm

Friday -4 pm to 8 pm

Sat and Sunday - 9 am to 12

Saturday and Sunday - 6 pm to 9 pm

Pay:

$16.00 to $18.00

$1.00 additional for Weekend Hours

Key Skills:

• Catheter-related care experience

• Confidently guides a reluctant client through necessary bathing/hygiene routines
