McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Lee and Collier County. We seek dependable Caregivers, HHAs and CNAs to provide compassionate, individualized in-home care for clients matched to your availability and experience.

Opportunities range from short visits to longer day and overnight shifts, with a variety of schedules. You'll complete required documentation using WellSky and collaborate with supervisors to ensure client safety and comfort.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required for client transportation.
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes across Lee and Collier counties.
CPR certification is required and in-person, not online.
Strong communication with clients and team is essential.
Dependable attendance and professional conduct expected across shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and activities of daily living.
Provide companionship and meaningful activities for clients.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding per care plan.
Follow dietary instructions and care plans.
Provide medication reminders and observe changes in condition.
