Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Norfolk, VA is seeking caring Caregivers to provide in-home support to clients, delivering companionship and personal care with empathy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license, or caregiving experience
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• Negative TB test (chest X-ray or skin test)
• Clear national background check
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with active insurance
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Shift/Client Requirements

• Client: Male
• Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Shift Type: Permanent
• Hours: 6 hours per day, 24 hours per week
• Caregiver Requirements: Must be interactive, engaging, and proactive in keeping the client engaged in activities and conversation.
