Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support clients in their homes in the Leesburg area. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, and help with daily tasks to improve clients’ quality of life.

Ideal candidates have a CNA/PCA license or caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Training is provided and pay includes potential for overtime and bonuses.

As a Caregiver, you will:

Be ready to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

• Active CNA or PCA license, or relevant caregiving experience
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• Negative TB test (chest X-ray or skin test)
• Clear national background check
• Reliable transportation is required, preferably with a valid driver's license and active insurance
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis
