Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Herndon, VA seeks compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support to clients on their terms.

You will deliver companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders while building trusted relationships with clients and families. A CNA or PCA license is preferred, with CPR/First Aid and reliable transportation encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license, or relevant caregiving experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Deliver reliable care by being punctual and consistent.

Be ready to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

• Clear national background check
• Reliable transportation is required, preferably with a valid driver's license and active insurance
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis
