Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Williamsburg, VA is seeking caring HomeCare professionals to provide in-home support for clients. Drive to client homes, deliver companionship and basic personal care, and assist with daily tasks in a compassionate, reliable manner.

This role welcomes CNAs/PCAs and those with caregiving experience, offering orientation, training, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance and meaningful community care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA certification or equivalent caregiving experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Negative TB test (chest X-ray or skin test).
• Clear national background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities
