Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking caring caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support. This part-time role offers competitive pay, same-day pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities with nearby clients.

You will assist with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders while building trusted relationships with families. Active CNA or PCA license or relevant caregiving experience is preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

As a Caregiver, you will:

Be ready to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

• Active CNA or PCA license, or relevant caregiving experience

• Negative TB test (chest X-ray or skin test)
• Clear national background check
• Reliable transportation is required, preferably with a valid driver's license and active insurance
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis
