Job summary

Arosa is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in the Clinton, TN area. Earn higher starting pay and enjoy benefits, training opportunities, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged).

• Patient, kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults.

• Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check required.
• Licensed drivers needed to provide client transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
