Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking part-time Caregivers for 3rd shift in Boaz, Alabama. Potential for full-time based on performance and position availability. Excellent benefits and on-site training are available.

Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person on-site for the required skills. Responsibilities include assisting Residents with medications, ADLs, documenting care in the electronic health record, and promoting independence while following all state and company
