Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking an In-Home Caregiver in Mount Juliet, TN. You will provide compassionate support to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, while building rewarding relationships.

We offer competitive pay ($15–$17 per hour), one-on-one client assignments, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, family-oriented workplace. Nurse-owned and operated with performance bonuses and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one month of healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• As an In-Home Caregiver, assist clients with personal care so they can safely remain in their homes.
• Help with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
• Support mobility through walking assistance, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document observations, and report concerns to your supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and organized home environment.
• Encourage social engagement through games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other activities.
