Interim HealthCare Hendersonville is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support seniors at home, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one month of healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance that allows clients to remain safely at home.
• Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
• Assist with mobility, including walking, transfers, and range-of-motion activities.
• Provide medication reminders and keep supervisor informed of important client observations or concerns.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Encourage meaningful social interaction through conversation, games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other activities clients enjoy.
