Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support seniors in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You will build rewarding relationships while delivering compassionate care.

As a member of a family-oriented team, you’ll provide personal care, mobility support, medication reminders, and companionship with flexible scheduling and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one month of healthcare experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care so clients can safely remain in their homes
• Helping with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• Supporting mobility through walking assistance, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• Providing medication reminders, documenting client observations, and reporting concerns to your supervisor
• Maintaining a safe and organized home environment
• Encouraging social engagement through games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other enjoyable activities
