Sharecare, Inc. operates CareLinx, a nationwide caregiver registry. We connect experienced caregivers with health plan members and private clients in Morehead City, NC, for non-clinical in-home care. Caregivers set their schedules via the CareLinx app and are matched to suitable clients.

We value compassionate, reliable professionals who can manage shifts, maintain client privacy, and work independently. This is a part-time/per-diem, 1099 contractor role based in client homes in your area.

Qualifications

• Must have caregiving experience or relevant training/certification.
• Must own a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual encouraged).
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Pass a background check and complete program-specific trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meals, mobility, bathing, grooming, and non-clinical medication reminders.
• Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app after each shift.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time via the CareLinx app.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and safety in the home environment.
• Coordinate additional shifts or tasks as needed based on client needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping

Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift

Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self‑care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team

Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp

Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well‑being in a safe and secure environment

Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

Transportation and errand support

Hospital discharge escort — safelyaccompanyingmembers home after discharge

Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening

Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
