Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare seeks an experienced in-home caregiver in Burlington, NC for part-time/ per-diem shifts. This 1099 contractor role emphasizes non-clinical in-home support and scheduling via the CareLinx app.

You will assist with ADLs, document tasks, monitor client status, and ensure privacy and dignity in a home environment while coordinating with the CarePartner team. English communication and a valid drivers license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or equivalent education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training and state-law documentation may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening

Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
