Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. through CareLinx by Sharecare seeks experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical care in client homes across Locust Grove, VA. Part-time or per-diem positions are available as 1099 contractors.

You control your availability via the CareLinx app, while CareLinx matches you with suitable clients in your area. Onboarding includes working with a dedicated CarePartner team to find the right matches based on location and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Driver's license and MVR check if driving shifts may apply

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, non-clinical medication reminders, light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes
• Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times
• Additional shift opportunities (transport/errands, hospital discharge escort, telehealth navigation) may come up

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening

Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
