Job summary

hce-careers is seeking a compassionate caregiver for in-home senior care in California. You will provide personal care, help with meals, medications, and daily activities, while ensuring safety and comfort for clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Strong communication and respect for client privacy.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity – Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & Wellness – Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship – Chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support – Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
