Job summary

City Net Homeless Services is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to support seniors in their homes in California. You will provide personal care, meals, and safe mobility while respecting privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, home health aide, PCA or CNA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn soon.
• Ability to assist transfers and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and dignity: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Healthy meals and home care: cook simple meals; keep spaces clean.
• Medication & wellness: provide reminders and monitor cues.
• Active companionship: talk, play games, accompany to appointments.
• Light exercise support: assist with stretches as directed.

What You’ll Do

• Personal Care & Dignity – Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & Wellness – Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship – Chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support – Assist with stretches or physical‑therapy routines as directed by professionals.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
