Job summary

hce-careers is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care to support aging clients at home. If you're compassionate and reliable, this role offers meaningful daily impact and a welcoming team.

You’ll provide personal care, meals, medication reminders, companionship, light exercise support, and help with transfers. A CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to earn.
• Comfort with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication respecting client privacy.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity – bathing, dressing, grooming, safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – cook simple meals, keep spaces clean.
• Medication & Wellness – reminders and health cues tracking.
• Active Companionship – conversation, games, walks, errands.
