Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide in-home senior support with flexible hours. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility support, and companionship in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have caregiver experience (HHA/PCA) and CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain it within 30 days. The role offers competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar preferred (training available).
• Current CPR/First Aid or commitment to earn within 30 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching daily life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity (bathing, grooming, dressing, safe transfers).
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals; tidy living spaces; light laundry.
• Support daily mobility and gentle exercise as advised by therapists.
• Give timely medication reminders and note wellness changes.
• Offer meaningful companionship through conversation, activities, or outings to appointments and shops.
