Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Palm Bay, Florida seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide daytime child companionship for a child under 10. Safety, comfort, and well-being are priorities as you assist with personal care and monitor throughout the day.

Responsibilities include engaging the child with age-appropriate activities, transportation to activities, and clear communication with the child. A CNA/HHA and current First Aid/CPR certification are required, with Level 2 background screening through

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• Previous caregiving or in-home care experience preferred.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• TB test (negative) within last 6 months is required.
• Level 2 background screening through AHCA clearinghouse is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with child companionship during day hours.
• Help child with autism and engage in activities.
• Entertain with games and activities suitable for a child under 10.
• Communicate effectively with the child to ensure safety and understanding.
• Provide transportation to activities as needed.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide attentive, high-quality care to child companionship during the day hours. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, comfort, and well-being while assisting with personal care during the day and monitoring throughout day.

• Able to entertain with games and activities
• Ability to communicate with a young child under 10
• Transportation to activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• CNA License/HHA Certification a MUST
• Previous caregiving or in home care experience preferred
• Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
