Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide day and night care in the Beachside area (Indian Harbour/Satellite Beach/Indialantic). Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, and precise care logging.

The role requires a valid HHA/CNA, current First Aid & CPR, and a clean background check. Reliable transportation is needed; experience with memory care is a plus.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License.
• Current FIRST AID & CPR certification.
• TB (negative PPD) results within last 6 months.
• Pass criminal record and Level 2 AHCA background check.
• Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and Dementia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Help with mobility and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, meal prep).
• Maintain accurate care logs and communicate with family or staff.
