Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support individual during home activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensure individual’s safety and maintain a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement with individual.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.

Caregiver needed for a young woman requiring companionship and behavioral guidance. Applicants should be mature, reliable, and present a clean, professional appearance. Responsibilities include assisting with community outings, social engagement, and providing positive reinforcement as needed.

Schedule: Sun 12pm - 6pm, Tues 2pm -6pm, Thurs 9am - 2pm and Sat 12pm -6pm
