Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Palm Bay, FL is seeking dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You will build trusting relationships with clients, families and staff, and ensure punctual, reliable shift coverage.

Qualifications include HHA or CNA, First Aid & CPR, TB negative within 6 months, Level 2 AHCA background clearance, reliable transportation, and Alzheimer’s/dementia experience.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• TB negative in last 6 months.
• Level 2 AHCA background clearance.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia is a plus.

WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS AVAILABLE

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.

• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HHA Certificate or CNA License

• Current FIRST AID & CPR certification

• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months

• Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.
