Job summary

Senior Helpers Cerritos is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care that keeps seniors safe, comfortable, and independent.

Requirements include California HCA registration with Live Scan, a negative TB test, and at least 1 year of personal care experience. Driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred for client transportation.

• Complete the California-required Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and Live Scan fingerprinting prior to orientation.
• Provide a current negative TB test.
• Have at least 1 year of experience assisting adults with personal care, including diaper changes.

Requirements

• Complete the California-required Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and Live Scan fingerprinting prior to orientation.

• Experience may include caring for a family member, working in a care facility, or providing in-home care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle strongly preferred.
• Many of our clients require transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands.
