Job summary

Senior Helpers of Cerritos is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our in-home care team across Cerritos, Artesia, Buena Park and surrounding communities. As a Caregiver, you will help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, providing personal care and companionship with a patient, dependable approach.

Requirements include completing the California Home Care Aide Registration with Live Scan before orientation, a current TB test, at least 1 year of relevant

Qualifications

• Complete the California-required Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and Live Scan fingerprinting prior to orientation.
• Provide a current negative TB test.
• Have at least 1 year of experience assisting adults with personal care, including diaper changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Deliver compassionate, dependable support to clients and families.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle strongly preferred.
• Many of our clients require transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands.
