Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to support health plan members and private clients in Atlanta, GA.

This role is a 1099 contractor position with part-time/per-diem shifts, powered by the CareLinx app to match you with client opportunities based on your availability. Caregivers will work in client homes, provide non-clinical support, companionship, and ADL assistance, and document tasks using the app.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and ability to pass a background check.
• Program-specific trainings and health clearances may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical in-home care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Document tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to the clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time via the app and communicate updates.
• Protect patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

• Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
