Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a caregiver with short shift availability to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes in Lowell, MA and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily activities, monitor well-being, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for individuals who need support.

Qualifications

• Availability in Lowell, Teooksbury area and surrounding communities.
• Proficient in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work short-hour client assignments.
• Ability to drive to client homes; transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities: dressing, bathing, meals; light lifting as needed.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalat safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
