Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking Caregivers for short-shift availability in the Boston area. Earn up to $22/hr with extra money from the Caregiver Rewards Program. Roles include Home Health Aide (HHA) and Homemaker, with paid orientation, weekly pay, and benefits.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate, one-on-one care and driving to clients’ homes with reliable transportation. Flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English.
• Availability in Brighton, Newton and surrounding areas.
• Willingness to work short-hour cases.
• Ability to drive to and from client’s home with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Support with bathing, dressing, meals, and reminders for medications.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide supportive, attentive care and communicate safety concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
