Care Finders, Inc. seeks compassionate caregivers for short-shift positions across Lynn, Medford, Malden and surrounding areas. Join a team that values you and supports meaningful, one-on-one home care.

Earn up to $22 per hour with a travel incentive on eligible client assignments. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and benefits including time off and EAP.

Qualifications

• Availability in Lynn, Medford, Malden and surrounding areas.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Help with daily care and maintain clean, safe living spaces.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Be a friendly, steady presence in diverse client homes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
